Scoopit is a social media publishing platform where users curate content on their favourite topics and share it as a visual magazine.
Cost: Free and premium versions
To start using Scoopit to create your own content, you simply decide on a topic. Then you either add any web page yourself using the Scoopit bookmarklet or Scoopit will scour the web for you.
Once you add a page it is useful to add your own insight before you publish it on your page.
At any time you can add a Scoop of your own by clicking the + button at the top of the page.
You can embed a widget containing details of your scoops on your blog or web page in Goodies. Other people can now view your magazine and subscribe to it, which means, they will be notified of new content (or “scoops”) too. If people choose to follow your topic, you will also be notified by email (although you can edit these notification settings).
